About VentureStart

The VentureStart program helps entrepreneurs in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields in Southern Ontario to turn great ideas into successful start-up businesses. Through Business Skills Training and Business Launch Support, VentureStart provides the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to build a solid business foundation as well as the opportunity to qualify for up to $30,000 in seed financing. Since being launched in 2012, the program has served over 200 entrepreneurs.
