Launch Lab returns to the Innovation Hub

After a successful start last year, Launch Lab, a regional innovation centre and part of the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs, will once again set up shop in the Innovation Hub on St. Lawrence College’s Kingston campus. Students considering launching a business start-up, or with product or technology ideas they are looking to go commercial, will be able to connect with Launch Lab representatives for expert advice on how to launch and grow their business.

The partnership with Launch Lab resulted in many valuable connections for St. Lawrence College students, according to Dan Hendry, Manager of Community Based Learning and Innovation at St. Lawrence College.

“Through Launch Lab, our students have access to a portfolio of businesses, which led to a student placement last spring, extending into a full-time summer position,” Hendry said. “We hope with the College’s continued partnership with Launch Lab more students will take advantage of these opportunities.”
