How to Add Social Media Icons to Your Gmail Signature
You’re probably active on various social media networks. It is now uncommon for a business to not have some sort of online presence. Adding social media accounts to your email signature is a great way to gain a ton of new fans for free!
To add a social media icon, follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Choose a social media icon and download the image icon from Google.
Step 2: Make sure you are logged into the Gmail account you are changing the signature for.
Step 3: Click on the gear drop down menu in the upper right hand corner.
Step 4: Click settings. You will be working under the General tab.
Step 5: Scroll down to the signature portion of the settings.
Step 6: Click the left bubble located underneath the No signature bubble.
Step 7: Place the cursor underneath your contact information.
Step 8: Click on the Insert image button.
Step 9: Upload the icon(s).
Step 10: Select your image by clicking on it.
Step 11: Click on the link button that looks like a chain.
Step 12: Paste the URL of the social media page (i.e. https://www.facebook.com/launchlabRIC/).
Be sure to test these icons by sending an email to yourself.
