The Power of Business Emotional Intelligence
August 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Business emotional intelligence is the ability to focus on and manage the critical emotional drivers and underlying behaviours that determine why we — and others — behave effectively (or not) in the work place.
We need our emotional intelligence the most when we are stressed, tired and not on top of our game, and that’s often when it is least accessible to us.
This 90-minute webinar with Angela Hoyt of Evolution Group will:
* Introduce us to business emotional intelligence traits
* Explore how our unique traits and current events — like building a business during COVID-19 — are pushing us into, or out of, our comfort zone
* Share practical tips to expand our emotional intelligence during this peculiar time in history
Note: Attendees will be emailed a Zoom link to the online session the day before the event.
