Positioning Your Mindset for Business Growth

Have you ever considered the role of your own mindset as it relates to the growth of your business?
In business, we are often taught to focus on actions to get the desired results, but there are more elements that could affect our action results.
Designed based on Business and Systems Coaching techniques suitable for experiential learning, this webinar introduces participants to the chain that Thoughts > Feeling > Actions > Results.
The workshop also explores the notion of the power of positive inner communication which is often overlooked in a business environment that constantly demands our attention, and bombards us with information and negative news.
In this workshop, participants will gain:
• Increased awareness about how your own mindset (thoughts, beliefs, attitudes)—not only your actions—affects your business growth
• Strategies to build and maintain a successful mindset despite the entrepreneurship challenges
• Better understanding of the untapped inner potential to drive positive change in yourself and your business
Participants are encouraged to take part in interactive and experiential exercises to identify their own definition of success and the mindset shifts required to build it.
Using real-life scenarios relevant to their business, attendees will become more aware of how their own mindset (not just their actions) can affect their business growth. They will leave with a customized plan based on their specific situation.
Unlike informational webinars, the experiential learning format of this webinar has both a short- and long-term impact on participants.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Gabriela Casineanu is a Romanian-Canadian award-winning author, seasoned coach, consultant, and speaker. With an MBA in small business and training in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC*), Gabriela is passionate about helping professionals and entrepreneurs become happier and more successful. To help individuals, non-profit and private organizations broaden their perspectives and transform challenges into opportunities, Gabriela relies on a sharp intuition combined with expertise from her multidisciplinary background: engineering, IT, quality assurance, business, management, entrepreneurship, coaching, adult training, program design, and art.
An introvert herself, Gabriela is also the founder and principal of Introverts Academy, which facilitates positive change at four levels—individual, interpersonal, organizational and systemic level—to build a better world for all of us.

The WE-CAN Project is led by Queen’s University and supported by the Government of Canada. Its mission is to inspire and empower existing and aspiring women entrepreneurs by providing them with tools, resources, expert mentors, networks and community building to expand existing businesses and to launch new ventures.
The Government of Canada, through FedDev Ontario’s Women Entrepreneurship Strategy (WES) Ecosystem Fund is providing $3.2 million for Queen’s University to design and deliver programs and services to accelerate, train, mentor and provide resources to women entrepreneurs and women-led companies in the community.
The focus of the WES strategy is to provide support to women entrepreneurs from diverse and underrepresented groups.
