Please join Queen’s Partnerships and Innovation and Scott Lee from McDougall Insurance for an introduction to commercial insurance, specifically within the tech industry. Scott will give an overview of what insurance is, why it is necessary for any business and what is the difference between the types of insurance.

About the presenter

Scott began his insurance career in Montreal in 1977. As a trainee commercial underwriter, he began collecting skills that would help him in the future. Senior Casualty Underwriter with Commercial Union Assce, Senior Fleet underwriter at CU in Ottawa, Regional Superintendent for Halifax Ins in Kingston. Finally moving to the Broker side in 1987 in Kingston.
